CANNOLI GANG FREE POWERLIFTING PROGRAMMING TEMPLATE
This is the first block of the free programming templates I’ve designed. I’m not intending to reinvent the wheel with templated programming but just to give a solid, repeatable and broadly applicable program. This is designed with late stage beginners/intermediates in mind. You should have a decent amount of experience with the barbell at this point and be accustom to moderate levels of training volume.
